One person's persistence,
many people's music.
Lingxian is a small, serious notation tool for the guqin that aims to make writing and sharing jianzipu simpler. It is still growing, and every user's feedback moves it forward.
Why this support
matters so much
Lingxian has always been independently developed. That means no investor pressure to turn a profit and no bloated team costs, but it also means that all the development, the server bandwidth and the technical support rest on one person.
Your sponsorship does more than cover the bills. It buys the project time, so the developer can concentrate on refining features and fixing problems instead of balancing a livelihood against a passion.
Ongoing computing costs
Cloud storage, the document rendering engine, real-time sync. These invisible costs are behind every smooth moment you have with the tool.
Focused development hours
Every weekend evening, every carefully considered line of code. Sponsorship is the most direct respect for a developer's time.
What comes next
Score recognition, a management system for qin societies, a smarter editor. Every bit of support brings these closer.
A clean product
No ads, no trading privacy for revenue. Funding development through community support is the business model Lingxian most wants to keep.
Choose how to support
Whether you need features or simply love the project, every contribution counts the same.
Subscribe to premium features
If you need more storage, high-resolution PDF export credits and multi-device sync, a subscription is the best choice.
See the plansSponsor freely
If you need nothing extra and simply want Lingxian to keep running, a free-form sponsorship is a welcome way to say so.
Email usThank you
Not a leaderboard but a record of care. Thank you for making Lingxian less lonely.
Waiting for the first echo
The wall is still empty. If Lingxian's ideas resonate with you, you are welcome to be the first to light it up.
Write us an email about sponsoringHow sponsorship works
Privacy first
You choose whether to be fully anonymous, shown by nickname, or shown by message only. At any time you can write to us to change or remove your listing.
No strings attached
A free-form sponsorship recognizes past work. It does not come with decision rights over the roadmap or extra support entitlements. We talk as equals.
Handled by hand
To keep things simple there is no automated payment gateway. Every sponsorship is confirmed by email and entered by the developer, with a delay of a day or two.
