Lingxian Beta Supplementary Terms
Version 2026.04 · Effective 2026-04-01
This English translation is provided for convenience only. The Chinese version is the legally binding text and prevails in case of any discrepancy.
Thank you for taking part in the closed beta of Lingxian (the "Service"). These Beta Supplementary Terms (the "Supplementary Terms") supplement the Terms of Service.
During the beta, where these Supplementary Terms conflict with the Terms of Service, the Supplementary Terms prevail. Matters not covered here remain governed by the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
Chapter 1. General
1.1 Scope
These Supplementary Terms apply to every user who registered for and uses the Service during the beta through a referral token or other admission credential ("Beta Users").
1.2 Relationship to the main agreement
These Supplementary Terms form part of the agreement between you and the operator of Lingxian. By registering for the beta you confirm that you have read and agree to them.
Chapter 2. Referral tokens
2.1 Admission
During the beta, registration is by referral token. A referral token is the sole admission credential for the beta.
2.2 Rules of use
(1) Referral tokens are issued by the operator through official channels, or generated by eligible Beta Users under the platform's rules;
(2) each token can be used once and expires on registration;
(3) a token is for the invitee's own registration and may not be lent.
2.3 Prohibited conduct
Selling, renting, auctioning or transferring referral tokens, or using them for any commercial gain, is strictly prohibited. On discovery the operator may immediately suspend the accounts of both the inviter and the invitee and withdraw all beta entitlements.
Chapter 3. Nature of the beta service
3.1 Service status
The beta service is in development and testing, intended to validate functionality and system stability. It may be unstable, show data anomalies, change features or be taken down temporarily for maintenance.
3.2 Data
The operator will make every reasonable effort to keep data secure and intact, but in extreme cases (such as a major architectural change) beta data may need to be cleared or reset. The operator will give advance notice.
3.3 Capacity
To maintain test quality, beta places are limited. The operator may suspend new registrations at any time depending on system load.
3.4 Pricing
Core features and some premium entitlements are generally provided free of charge during the beta. After the beta, some features may become paid; separate notice will be given.
Chapter 4. Rights and obligations of Beta Users
4.1 Feedback
We encourage Beta Users to report problems, suggestions and improvements they encounter. Your feedback directly shapes the product.
4.2 Confidentiality
Some beta features may contain trade secrets or unreleased technology. Without the operator's permission you may not publish screenshots, recordings or unreleased feature details of the beta interface on public platforms or to competitors.
4.3 End of the beta
The operator may end the beta and move to general availability at any time. On conclusion, Beta User status and entitlements will be migrated or adjusted under the transition rules in force at that time.
